2. No refund will be provided once the amount is paid.

3. The final ad will be shared for approval before publication.

4. Advertisement will be published as per the rules and discretion of the SinginStyle Records team.

5. Designing charges are additional and depend on the complexity of the advertisement.

6. If you wish to change or modify your ad later, our team will guide you according to updated terms.

7. Before final publication, the customer will be shown the banner once for address, contact, and content confirmation.

8. For renewal, payment must be done at least 7 days before the ad expiry.

9. Rates are subject to change as per time and availability.

10. For advertising on inside pages of the website, please contact the SinginStyle Records team directly.

AGREEMENT FOR INTEGRATION OF DAUGHTERS RECORDS INTO SINGINSTYLE RECORDS

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of execution by the undersigned parties ("Effective Date"), between:

1. Daughters Records, founded by Dr. Gaurav Saggi prior to 2018 ("Founder"), and

2. SinginStyle Records, also founded by Dr. Gaurav Saggi, hereinafter referred to as "SinginStyle Records,"

collectively referred to as "the Parties."

BACKGROUND

A. Daughters Records was established under the leadership of Dr. Gaurav Saggi before 2018 and released music under its banner, including but not limited to the songs "Dollar" and "Ishq Nahi Koi Khel" along with associated video productions.

B. Details of Released Songs:

  • Music: B.R. Dimina

  • Producer: Sh. Ashwani Saggi (Father)

• "Ishq Nahi Koi Khel"

  • Singer: Dr. Gaurav Saggi

  • Producer: Sh. Ashwani Saggi

C. At the inception of Daughters Records, the Founder assigned the role of Managing Director to their father (Sh. Ashwani Saggi), who oversaw the label's operations and management.

D. The official website of Daughters Records, www.daughtersrecords.com, was operational but ceased functioning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

E. Dr. Gaurav Saggi has merged Daughters Records into his new label, SinginStyle Records.

F. The role of Daughters Records moving forward shall be to analyze online platforms, and any further work related to it shall be conducted under the direct supervision of Dr. Gaurav Saggi.

G. SinginStyle Records is officially registered and operates through its official website: www.singinstylerecords.com.

MSME REGISTRATION

H. Daughters Records is a registered MSME under SinginStyle Records.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Integration of Daughters Records: Daughters Records shall officially become a part of SinginStyle Records as a subsidiary panel within the operational and creative structure of SinginStyle Records.

2. Intellectual Property:

   • All previously released content, including but not limited to "Dollar" and "Ishq Nahi Koi Khel," shall be recognized as part of the SinginStyle Records catalog.

   • Any future content originating under the Daughters Records name shall be credited under SinginStyle Records’s umbrella.

3. Management & Decision Making:

   • The Founder, Dr. Gaurav Saggi, shall retain recognition for the establishment and vision of both Daughters Records and SinginStyle Records.

   • Sh. Ashwani Saggi shall be honored for his role as the initial Managing Director of Daughters Records.

   • All future decisions related to the operations of Daughters Records as a panel shall be made in accordance with SinginStyle Records’ policies under the direct supervision of Dr. Gaurav Saggi.

4. Operational Continuity:

   • Any existing agreements, collaborations, or content under Daughters Records shall be reviewed and incorporated into SinginStyle Records’s strategic framework.

   • The branding and marketing approach shall be aligned with the vision of SinginStyle Records while preserving the legacy of Daughters Records.

5. Legal Effect:

   • This Agreement shall be binding upon the respective successors, affiliates, and assigns of the Parties.

   • Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration/mediation as per the prevailing legal jurisdiction.
